compared to her peers like nicole kidman, kate winslet, julianne moore....watts is the one with the least nudity in films. she had never been full frontal or shown her posterior, opposed to those mentioned abve.
so the answer for you is NO. it's NOT in her contracts. but since you seem to be interested in this subject, for your reference, there is indeed a "voluntary nudity" clause in the agency contract signed by kate winslet.

even charlize theron, who knows a little about nude scenes, said she was glad naomi lost the argument because she found one in 21g one of the most moving love scenes she has ever seen on film.
While growing up watching Star Wars, Pretty Woman and Romancing the Stone over and over and over, I knew I wanted to make movies. Once I got a job and was able to afford a camera and a little editing software, I finally got the chance. After making several small movies and a couple television commercials, I quickly learned my talents were, indeed, much better suited to watching movies. And so, here we are.
